Roadtrip Corsica

had a pig! We visited the green island in the Mediterranean in spring

Spontaneous adventures

In April 2018 we were finally able to set off and test out the new add space! Two days after completion, the bus was packed and the trip to the beautiful French island of Corsica could finally begin!
We chose the route through Provence with small stops in culturally rich towns. From Lyon via Boulieu-lès-Annonay via Die to Nice. There we took the ferry to Bastia in our van.

Offroad in the Desert de Agrianes

We did our proper shopping one last time and off we went over the muddy off-road tracks of the Desert de Agrianes. You can't get very far there without a 4x4 and the corresponding lift kit. You can only get to the beautiful blue and white beaches if you are an experienced skier or by boat.

Meals on Wheels

Finally arriving at the off-road campsite "U Paradisu", which is almost empty, you feel a bit like you're in the middle of the wilderness! If you then cooked well on the camping stove and chilled a delicious bottle of Corsican wine, the day was perfect!

Really Corsica or Southeast Asia?

Continue across the island and along the coast. Past huge rock formations by the sea and the citadel of Corte. Over the highest pass and always wild pigs on the way to Porto. Corsica really gives you goosebumps!
